Is parking difficult in the Nicosia old town?+
On-street parking inside the walled city is limited and most streets are one-way. We recommend the public car parks at Sarayönü or Kuğulu Park, both within 5 minutes' walk of Selimiye Mosque. Outside the walls, hotel parking is widely available.
How long is the drive from Nicosia to Ercan Airport?+
About 25 minutes via the new dual carriageway. From central Nicosia, allow 90 minutes before international departure to be safe.
Can I cross the Green Line in Nicosia with a hire car?+
You can cross on foot at Ledra Street or Lokmacı, but TRNC-registered hire cars cannot drive across to the Republic of Cyprus on TRNC insurance. If you need to combine the two sides, contact us in advance for cross-border options.
Do you deliver to the EMU and Near East University area?+
Yes. Delivery anywhere inside the Nicosia city limits, including Yenikent and the Near East / Cyprus International / European University districts, is free.
